I use the MX1000 and it's a great mouse. I also use a Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical (has 2 optical sensors), which is much better for quick response use (ie games), but for general desktop use I prefer the MX1000.

The recruitment seminar is really relaxed and you will get through it as long as you be yourself, engage with the recruiters and other people there and ask plenty of questions at the end regarding the job. Don't come over too much as a hardcore Apple fanboy but talk about how much you can't put down your iPhone/iPod. During the group exercises, make sure you try and come over as a good leader but good team player at the same time - make sure that your ideas are part of the main focus but be sure to agree with ideas that you wish you though of. Otherwise, just enjoy it as it's really relaxed and you will spend most of the two and a half hours watching a presentation, videos and doing some group exercises. They get through hundreds of CV's at a time and to get the chance to be considered is a good achievement. Just out of interest, what store are you thinking of joining and what position are you after?

I think people try to prevent multiple songs from the same artist showing up at once... but we then forget to go back...
we'll get 'em in there...

I don't know how popular this service was, or how much material was on it, but it sounds to me as though iTunes U will not be an exact replacement. I hope that announcing this right before the school year starts for most teachers will not be putting too many people out...

If you're sure it's not the server, then have you tried (after backing everything up) to go through the ordinary checklist, before it comes to deleting prefs (which I fear you must do): Fixing permissions, rebuilding mailboxes etc.?
As I understand you it's the same two that keeps making trouble...? What do you mean when you say all accounts are on the same server, is it 10 differnet accounts on one domain, or different domains all hosted on the same (physical) server...?
I have done all of the above :( I fear also I must delete my prefs. I have my own domain www.macboyx.com, and I have mulitple mail accounts on this domain and they are all on the same mail server.

There have been conflicting opinions about the new version of Virtual PC (version 7.0)...some say it's a lot faster than before (but still fairly slow), others say it's just as slow. The 20" iMac is a very fast computer, and the 2 GB of RAM will definitely help, but you can't set aside 1 GB for VPC, as VPC only allows you to allocate up to 512 MB for the PC environment.
If you really need performance in PC apps through Virtual PC, you might be out of luck. But if you don't mind giving it a shot, and perhaps willing to deal with some slow graphics, go for it.

I check Amazon. The 4GB can really only be found with the bundle. You can get a stand alone 250 gig system.

It does now. AT&T has officially stated that they'll have two things for walk-ins without a preorder: Jack and ****. Nothing until 6/29. If you want one on 6/24, go to an Apple store and get there very early. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for the responses.about the canon lenses: I use Nikon so my lenses are all black.
I'm not so sure I'd want to insulate my black lenses. An Inland Marine insurance policy is probably a much better deal.

It doesn't happen every time. I'll try to collect one. The ad seems to intrude on different parts of teh screen at duifferent times. Trying to click on one of the forum buttons under the ad clicks the ad itself, and then takes one to that website.

Go back to the store with an AT&T Wireless phone and press *ID (*43) and hold the phone up to the headphones for 15 sec and it will text message you the name/artist of the song.
